Having been drawn to people and their experiences, I’ve always known I wanted to become a therapist. I’ve spent the past five years working with young adults, and I began my clinical work two years ago after completing my Master’s in Social Work.

My own life experiences have shaped a deep passion for supporting others in their healing journeys, and I bring this into the therapy space. My focus as your therapist is to help you feel truly seen and heard. I believe that when we begin to understand ourselves more deeply, we open the door to building a life that feels more meaningful, authentic, and free.
